Returns:

WE ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED ITEMS ACCORDING TO OUR RETURNS POLICY
  • ALL ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS!
  • For returns/exchange of items that are not on sale – A credit note equivalent to the cost amount of the product is provided. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
  • In case the product does not fit you can exchange the same within 24-48 hrs for a different size or a *credit note.
  • Monetary refund will not be provided for COD or Prepaid orders.
  • If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Schon Zapato, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
How to request for a return?

  • You need to make sure the product is in its original condition with all the tags and packaging should remain intact and the product should not have been used, footwear should not be damaged or used.
  • Raw videos and pictures need to be attached to your Return request .
  • In case , we receive damaged or used product , you will no longer be eligible for exchange or return. The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged. No refunds, exchange or credit note will be provided to you.
  • In case , there is a damage caused while opening of the packet or in any way by the customer,  there will be no refunds or credit note will be provided to you. The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged. 

ANY REFUND REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER REVIEWING THE RETURNED PRODUCT.

After receiving the request we will get in touch with you via email with in 24 – 48 hours Monday to Friday. All return request email sent on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Cancellation / Exchange:
How to send the product back?
  • In-case, the product received is wrong or damaged or there is any size issue, you can opt for replacement.  For exchange on your wish the minimum cost for reverse exchange, wherein you have chosen for us to collect it, comes at a cost of Rs.150 and more (depending on the place from where it is being picked) which is borne by the customer.
  • It takes 7- 15 working days for the shipment to reach us. Once picked up from your address. ( In some cases it might take longer )
  • Please note that once a pickup request is approved, it needs to be resolved within a week. Requesting for pickup after 7 days won’t be entertained.
  • The pick-up is done by a third party courier company and it is an extra cost borne by us in case of damage or wrong product.
  • Please make sure you keep the parcel at ready. We request you to pack the return parcel securely. Any damages caused during return transit will result into denial of the Return/Refund or Exchange request.
  • The pick-up will attempted twice, if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

  • The pick-up is subject to availability of service at your area Pin-Code.
  • If reverse pick-up not available, we request you to send the product back to the address we will provide you. (Cost to be borne by the customer if refund request)
